Falls of Braeburn keeps pricing straightforward. Standard fees include a $50 application fee, $125 administrative fee, and a security deposit ranging from $400–$600. Pet fees and additional monthly charges may apply—please contact our leasing team for full details.

Yes! Falls of Braeburn is a pet-friendly community. We welcome up to two pets per apartment. A pet deposit and non-refundable pet fee apply. Reach out to our leasing office for full pet policy details and any breed or weight restrictions.
